Pastor Esther Obasi-ike Ph.D

Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) is a dynamic preacher of the gospel and a multi-gifted international inspirational speaker. She is also a conference facilitator, leader, mentor, government, non-governmental and corporate consultant, counselor, teacher, author, spiritual leader, advisor, educator and a greatly sought after media personality. She has travelled extensively to over thirty nations in five continents across the globe spreading her undeniable passion of leadership with integrity, empowerment and ultimate discovery of self-purpose.

Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) gave her life to Christ in 1984 while studying Food Science and Technology at the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, then Anambra State Nigeria. In 1987 she was elected into Christian Union leadership. This was a beginning to discovering her divine purpose and the start of her unending success in ministry.

Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) is a committed family woman. She married her friend and the love of her life Pastor Prince Okechukwu Obasi-ike on the 6th February 1993 in Lagos, Nigeria. Pastor Prince is the pioneer missionary of RCCG Eastern Africa Region and The Special Assistant to the General Overseer (SATGO) Missions. He is a gifted man called to demonstrate God’s deliverance power in the Kingdom. Together, they have had a blissful marriage for over twenty-seven years and they are blessed with two vibrant young men Favour Obasi-ike and Goodnews Obasi-ike both of whom have been brought up in the ways of the Lord.

In 1996 after a series of successful career opportunities, she joined her husband in Kenya and in 1997 she was ordained a pastor of RCCG. She is currently the pastor in charge of RCCG Solution Centre, Nairobi with a membership of over one thousand members. Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) is the Founding President of the Queen Esthers’ Generation (QEG) a dynamic interdenominational women outreach headquartered in Nairobi Kenya. With a membership of about three thousand women, QEG holds her meetings every first Saturday of the month tagged ‘The Gathering of Stars and Queens.’ QEG aims at Transforming, equipping, empowering and engaging women for selfless service to humanity. Currently QEG’s presence is felt in six counties in Kenya and has since gone global spreading her wings to other countries namely Canada, Australia and Virginia State of USA. 

Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) is also the Visionary and Founder of Queen Esthers’ Next Generation, a girls empowerment and mentorship programme which aims at transforming girls into assets and empowered future leaders with a distinction. She is also the founding CEO of Power in the Word, a non-profit making organization that uses media to bring souls into the Kingdom of God and empowering Christians to live godly lives.

Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) earned her Doctorate in Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary, California USA and a Masters Degree from African International University in Nairobi, Kenya. She was also trained in the world class Haggai Institute Hawaii USA and now serves as a facilitator at the same institute in Nairobi, Kenya.

Pastor Dr. Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) is a recipient of various prestigious awards and recognitions:

  1. In 2009 – She earned The Mark of Excellence Award in Leadership and Ministry by the Institute of Christian Leadership and Theology Education.
  2. In 2010 – Pastor Esther Obasi-ike (Ph.D) and her husband Pastor Prince Obasi-ike received the Nigeria High Commissioner’s Award for exemplary Community Service and Social Development in Kenya.
  3. In 2013 – She was awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award, for providing exemplary Servant Leadership in society by Africa International University Nairobi, Kenya.
  4. In 2019 – She earned a Certificate of Recognition for being the Runners Up in the mentorship category during the UTUMISHI BORA AWARDS, 2019.
  5. In 2019 – She earned an appreciation as ‘Rebuilder of Broken Walls’ from The Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF)
