Covenant Development Partners is a strategic initiative mobilizing resources to establish the Queen Esther’s Transformation Centre—a world-class leadership and conference complex in the serene plains of Kitengela, just 30 kilometers from Nairobi.

Located on 4 acres of prime land minutes from Kitengela Town Centre, this state-of-the-art facility offers a peaceful environment designed for prayer, training, leadership development, and spiritual retreat. As the flagship project of the Queen Esther’s Generation Movement—an organization transforming women’s lives across Kenya and beyond—this centre will serve as a beacon of hope and empowerment for generations to come.
